Create Profile and Request Login Updates

We are excited to announce a few improvements to your Profile Creation and Login Request experience in the Church Community Builder software, is now live as of Wednesday, May 15. These changes include a consistent Create Profile experience when entering donor transactions and an updated Login Request page.

New Create Profile in Transaction Entry

Out with the old and in with the new profile creation experience!  There were some areas in the software that still had the old experience while other areas had embraced the new. Now, the new experience will be consistent in the Financial > Create Transactions area, allowing your entry team to never have to leave the transaction entry page to create a new profile.

You'll also have access to add more profile fields in this new version than with the previous version. We'll continue to auto-fill the transaction entry page with the new person you created so you can keep working through your transaction entry flow seamlessly. Now Limited and Full Financial Admins with Create Profile admin privileges will have a more consistent profile creation experience in the software.

Improved Login Request

We have created a more clean and mobile friendly way for users to request a login to your software.  When a user requests an account, a form is presented asking for:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • New! Mobile Number
  • New! Mobile Carrier

  Login Creation

If you are currently using a form for login requests, your form will still be shown to users who request an account.  Keep in mind, the follow-up process for requests has not changed. The Master Administrator or the email assigned to receive requests will continue to be alerted of account requests.
