Update: October 9, 2015. 3:25pm (MDT): The emails have ceased and the issue is being resolved to prevent this from happening again. Rest assured that neither our database nor any of your churches' systems has been compromised, as this was the result of human error on our part. Please accept our sincere apology for this incident.
Update: Oct 2, 2015, 12:05pm (MDT): Our engineers have devised a workaround for this issue and text messages are once again being successfuly received by Verizon and T-Mobile users. Unfortunately, because we still have no control over the way these carriers treat our messages, something else could change that once again prevents those messages from being delivered. Because of this, we continue to recommend a backup plan for critical text messages sent through the system.
On Wednesday, July 22 at 10:00pm MDT, we will be upgrading core firewall firmware. The firmware upgrade includes regular security updates and stability improvements that should have no noticeable impact.
On Friday, June 12 around 4:11am (MDT), our engineers became aware of intermittent connectivity issues with the Church Community Builder application and posted to the status twitter account (@ccbtech) that we were investigating the issue.
