We exist to serve you and the great commission. It’s really that simple. This is why we build our features based off of ministry instead of profit. We pay attention to how communities engage, not what’s making the quick buck. We study what it takes to walk a person from feeling lost and alone to feeling loved and in community - that is what motivates us to create our software. We share your vision because we share your heart. Our staff is built of pastors and youth leaders and volunteers and administrators - all who use their experience to help us build software that actually makes a difference. The Church believes everyone should belong; we like to ask what if every person could belong? That’s why we’re here.
We Use Your Why to Change Your How
Our story begins with one church, and has always been about The Church. Before we were Church Community Builder, we were a couple of guys that wanted to plant a church to do great things in their community. People were responding to The Gospel and getting baptized - so many that the church was counting the baptisms, but losing track of the people. One of our founders shared his experience in an interview. “We had baptized a crazy high number, more than half of what our church was...people were applauding and happy...and I felt tension about that.” he wondered, “How can we be baptizing people and then not know where they went?”
Although people were getting baptized, we knew they were not finding true community within the church. Our deep passion for growing disciples combined with our knowledge and love of technology moved us to figure out how to support the church with software. We believe, “Church should be THE place that people can come and find community.”

We continue to design software and technology around our belief that the church is the key organization to build and grow disciples (based on the Great Commission). In order to reach and grow disciples, your church needs to be the place people can attend, connect, find community, and invite others. Whether you are a first-time guest or a graduate from seminary, our software is built for you.
Turn your guests into church leaders
While it’s impossible to know everyone, everyone should know someone, and our software can help you remain relational to everyone. Our software helps guests to become returning visitors, visitors to connect in small group, small group member to begin serving, those feeling connected to consistent givers, givers to leaders, and leaders to influencers.
When these steps are tracked in disconnected systems, it is impossible to see a holistic view and understand one person’s engagement. Those people will remain isolated, alone, and will walk away from the church to find community. Instead, access to the entire picture of involvement gives us a full picture of where your people are in their discipleship journey.
Ephesians 4: 11-12 is a verse that has impacted how we design our software. We know that in order for the church to make an impact, there must be tools for them to equip and empower their leaders and their people.
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”
We continue to build church management software with the purpose of supporting the local church. We are constantly talking with churches and church leaders to understand how we can better build our tools to support your ministry efforts. We want churches to be able to help provide ways for people to get plugged-in to a church community whether it’s welcome emails, scheduling software to help manage volunteers, or helping church attendees find serving opportunities that fit their God-given gifts, talents, and abilities.
