On August 27 we released an exciting update to our Scheduling tool. We're calling this release, Schedules: Reimagined. (Are you starting to see a theme here?) This blog is your one-stop shop for all resources to help you learn this new feature. In your sites, this feature is called, "Beta Schedules", not because you are all now beta testers, but because this feature is still under construction, as we seek to make a top-of-the-line Volunteer Scheduling system that meets your church's biggest needs!
Schedules: Reimagined
This release is aimed at making it easier than ever for you to create and manage your schedules, while maintaining the health of your volunteers. With brand new new features like Serving Rotations, Service Plans, and robust schedule template options, you can build a schedule to meet all of your unique ministry needs. And yes, we're making all of these experiences mobile-friendly so you can manage your scheduling experience from whatever device suits you.

Since Beta Schedules is still, well, in Beta, we want to give you a space to report bugs, share ideas, and learn from each other. Join a User Group to be a part of the Schedules: Reimagined conversation with other church partners just like you!
What's New?
We are calling this Beta Schedules because we're continuing to improve and iterate based on YOUR feedback. If fact, we've already released a number of improvements since the initial launch, and we have big plans for more!

What about my old Schedules?
Because this new Schedules system is a work-in-progess, we have made it entirely independent from your old Schedules. That means you can keep using any schedules you have already created, and explore this new Schedules tool on a time that works best for your ministry.
