On October 17 access to the old view of People Profiles will be going away, and the new People: Reimagined profile view will become your permanent profile experience. We want to make sure you're fully prepared for this experience, so in this blog post we'll walk you through some of the implications to be aware of, ways you can get training materials, and some new features coming soon to further enhance your new profile experience.
On August 27 we released an exciting update to our Scheduling tool. We're calling this release, Schedules: Reimagined. (Are you starting to see a theme here?) This blog is your one-stop shop for all resources to help you learn this new feature. In your sites, this feature is called, "Beta Schedules", not because you are all now beta testers, but because this feature is still under construction, as we seek to make a top-of-the-line Volunteer Scheduling system that meets your church's biggest needs!
On Wednesday, July 11, we hosted our quarterly webinar with speaker Jeff Otero, leader of our Software Design team, who talked about some tips and tricks for People: Reimagined, demoed our new Schedules feature, and gave a sneak preview of where we're going in the future with the congregant experience. Check out the summary and watch the recording here.
New Schedules are coming to the Church Community Builder software, and we need YOU to help us make them great! In a few months, we'll be releasing this brand new scheduling solution, Schedules: Reimagined, but before we can do that, we need more churches beta testing these changes to make sure it's an amazing solution to your scheduling woes. Read more to learn about this new Schedules release and how to sign up to become a beta tester. Want to see it in action before making a decision about beta testing? We'll be demoing this feature in our Quarterly Software Update Webinar on Wednesday, July 11. Watch the Recording Here!
