Old Schedules Off-Ramp

Once you have signed up to have your Old Schedule data migrated into Beta Schedules, your site's Master Administrator will receive an email from us to choose the date they want their Old Schedules feature turned off.

We know there are a number of factors at play in choosing the right time to make this transition for your team. The chart below should help you understand what Off-Ramp date options there are, and what features will be built out by that time:

Off-Ramp Dates
  • November 2 & November 5, 2018:
    • Beta Schedules in the Lead App
    • People Search Connected to Beta Schedules
      • Search by Teams
      • Search by Positions
      • Search by status and time frame of that status
      • Search by Category
      • Search by Category Organizer and Schedule Organizer
  • December 3 & December 7, 2018:
    • Form Automation to Beta Schedules Positions
      • Automate to a Position in a Team
      • Automate to a Position in a Serving Rotation
    • Process Queue Automation to Beta Schedules Positions
      • Automate to a Position in a Team
      • Automate to a Position in a Serving Rotation
    • Reports
      • Download a roster report that can be filtered by category, team, position, and serving times
    • Metrics
      • Pull Beta Schedules data into Metrics
    • Serve Tab
      • Serve Tab directs to Beta Serve Page once you've migrated
  • January 4 & January 7, 2019:
    • Involvement Serve Tile on a Profile
      • Relocate Needs from the Serve tile to the Groups tile
      • Serving dots begin pulling status from Beta Schedules
      • Volunteer’s availability to serve brings up Beta Schedules availability for that volunteer
      • Edit the Schedule Assignment brings up Beta Schedules assignments for that volunteer
      • Add the profile to a Beta Schedules Position
      • Remove the volunteer from a Beta Schedules Position
      • See the list of schedules where the profile is a Category or Schedule Organizer
    • Involvement Timeline on a Profile
      • See someone’s involvement in Needs within the context of groups on the Timeline
      • See a volunteer’s Beta Schedules involvement in the Timeline
  • February 1 & February 4, 2019:
    • No additional functionality being released
  • March 1 & March 4, 2019:
    • No additional functionality being released
